Leyden Energy Overview

Leyden Energy was founded in 2007 to develop a high-performance lithium ion cell based on a technology patent wholly acquired from chemical giant Dupont. This technology served as the foundation for subsequent Leyden Energy research that led to the Li-imidetm chemistry platform: a heat resistant, energy-dense, durable battery cell technology that is now Leyden Energy's core offering. Li-imide is ideal for mobile consumer electronics and electric vehicles (EVs).
