    Auction Check Out - "Single / Small Item Check Out ":
    Handheld or single items check out during normal business hours & using the main elevator are OK from 9am to 4pm on provided dates-Will be allowed to have these individuals walk out with smaller items with proper documents in hand.

    Auction Check Out - "Bulk / Large Item check out ":
    Freight elevator reservation - . Each buyer will need to provide the requisite COI prior to recovery or the building will not let them up. The loading dock/freight elevator will be available from 6pm until 12:00 am the next morning.
