Division Leader Experience

John has spent his entire 20 year career valuing and selling capital equipment.  The foundation of his knowledge is based upon eight years of appraising all types of industrial assets on behalf of lending institutions as well as private and public companies.  John has performed hundreds of appraisals in over twenty different industries over his career.  As a Senior Vice President at DoveBid, Inc. and with over 40 direct reports, he has been directly involved in thousand of auctions around the world.  Prior to founding Silicon Valley Disposition, John had the privilege of working  with and being mentored by some of the industry’s most recognized and accomplished individuals, including the late Tom Gagliardi, Sr. of Thomas Industries, Steve Piletz of National Valuations, the late Roy Elligard of Ernst & Young LLP and Kirk & Ross Dove of Heritage Global Partners.
