11,000 sq ft fully equipped Process and Development Lab

Biopharmaceutical Process Development, Analytical and Pilot Manufacturing Facility with equipment for the production of Microbial, Insect Cell, small Animal Cell products culture and the purification of a broad range of products. The Analytical lab is equipped with standard instruments for the characterization of proteins, DNA and formulated products. In addition to process and testing equipment, the facility is backed up with complete house utility systems. The facility was initially designed to met Phase 1,2 clinical manufacturing.

10,000 sq ft fully equipped Research Lab and Office Space

There is approximately ~8,000 sq ft between five laboratories which were used primarily for vaccine and immunotherapy research.  The facility was fully outfitted for immunology research using BSL1 and BSL2 infectious disease organisms.  There is a 1200 sq. ft. restricted access animal facility which consists of a gowning entryway, two animal holding rooms, a dedicated animal procedure room, cage changing and washing room with cage washer and autoclave, and a storage room for food and bedding. The animal facility has a one-pass air handling circulation unit, HEPA-filtered isolation racks to house immunodeficient mice, and biosafety cabinets for animal handling and changing
